Hello, I signed up for a checking account and should have goten a $300 bonus 90 days afterwards. It has not deposited since the 90 days, Is there something wrong with my account?

After opening your account online using the promotional link, the account would need to have met the following criteria:
-The primary owner must be a new to bank Customer
-The account was opened Online (Accounts opened in Store or by phone are not eligible).
-You have received direct deposit(s) totaling $2,500 or more within 60 days.
Once these qualifications were met, we asked that you allow up to 60-95 days after the promotional period to receive the bonus.
Since you've mentioned that you have not received your bonus at this time, we recommend speaking with a Banking Specialist directly.
