Hello! I want to change date of cutting my statement from date 6-8 of each month to about 15th. Is it possible?

You do have the option of changing your statement cycle date and we'd like to go over some ways that you can make this happen. A very convenient way to change this would be calling our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. Another option would be sending us a secure message requesting your statement cycle date to be changed. In order to send a secure message, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start this process, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please understand that you'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send us a secure message by selecting "Send a Secure Message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath the "Message Center." We'd like to let you know that since statements aren't printed daily and the new statement cycle date may not be the same each month, it will be within three days of the date you request. Also, the new statement date will take one full statement cycle to be effective.
