Please note that TD Bank Visa Debit cards can be used anywhere VISA or NYCE are accepted, including purchases made online. This applies to the debit cards attached to TD Student Checking accounts as well.
If you are having difficulties while making online purchases with your TD debit card, we encourage you calling our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000, upon account verification, a Customer Service Representative will be able to determine the cause and offer the solutions as well. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store for further assistance. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
