Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Theresa. We'd be happy to help.
If the interest earned on your accounts in 2014 exceeds $10.00, TD Bank will mail you a 1099-INT form by January 31, 2015.
If you wish to obtain the total interest earned in the year of 2014 immediately or are wondering if you will be receiving a 1099-INT form, you may feel free to give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. You may choose the option that is most convenient for you!
To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to provide you the total interest you eared and they can also confirm if you will be receiving a 1099-INT form.
To send a secure message, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center."
As always, you are more than welcome to visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to for further assistance. You can find our current locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Theresa and have a good day.
