If you are looking to change the PIN on your Debit Card for ATM usage, there are a couple of options. If you know your current PIN, you can dial our Voice Response Unit at 1-888-553-4122. You will need to input your current PIN then you'll have the option of resetting it.
If you do not know your PIN and need to reset it, if you contact our Banking Specialists at 1-888-751-9000, available 24/7, our Specialist would be more than happy to help! After account verification, we would be happy to send you a PIN reminder via mail. You should expect to receive this information within 7-10 business days. Please note, longer delays may occur depending on your Postal Office
If you are looking to request a new debit card that contains a new debit card number, you may contact our Banking Specialists and we can request a new card be mailed to you to the address we have on file. Again, you should expect to receive your new TD Debit Card within 7-10 business days.
If you are looking to update your address or phone number linked to your TD Debit Card, there are a few options. If you are looking to change your address for your personal accounts, you're welcome to request for your address to be updated by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also send a request via your Online Banking, the following link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq will bring you to our TD Bank login page. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number, E-Mail address and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address."
Another option you have is to mail in your request. Our mailing address for a change of address request is: TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215. Please make sure to include your signature along with your request.
If you have a TD Business Account and there is more than one signer, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store. If you are the only signer, in addition to visiting us, you may also us a secured message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above.
