We'd hate to lose you as a Customer Ma Janelle.
We'd like to let you know that we are committed to your satisfaction as a Customer. If you have any questions or concerns about your banking experiences, we invite you to discuss them with us at a TD Store. For information on our Store hours and locations please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you still wish to close your TD Business account, we understand and would be glad to help.
We are happy to inform you that if your account has more than one signer, any authorized signer can close a business account by visiting your nearest TD Bank Store. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and documents of the business such as Tax ID number. Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to process. Please note, if a transaction posts within 2-3 business days window there is a possibility that the account may not close.
We hope this helps and please let us know should you have any other questions.
