Good afternoon, Veld and thank you for joining us on TD Helps. We're more than happy to assist you in updating your contact information.
Depending on the type of account your have, we may have different options available to update your address. For instance, if you have a personal account that has been opened for more than 30 days, you can request a change of address by phone. Please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Additionally, if you've been enrolled for Online Banking for over 30 days, you can update your address once you log in. Please click here to access your account online: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, after you log in, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Change Address, Phone, Email Address" link to update your information. This method may be used for both your deposit accounts and loan or line of credit accounts. Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
For deposit accounts, you also have the option to update your address by mail. You may mail the request to: TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215.
If you have a business account, you may update your address by visiting a TD Bank Store, logging in to your business account online or sending us a request via mail, as detailed above.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store. To find the nearest TD location, please view the Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To change your address for a Credit Card, you can do so by calling 888-561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on, you will need to click on "Services," then "Manage Credit Card," and finally "Update Address and Phone Number." Please note, an address change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
You can change your mailing address on a Personal Loan by calling 800-937-5020, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling 800-328-2119.
The easiest way to update your address for a TD Go Card is calling TD Go Card's Customer Service Line. They are available 24/7 at 855-219-8050 and they would be happy to help! If you've enrolled your TD Go Card in Online Banking, you can also change the address after you log in. You can reach the log in page by following this link: http://bit.ly/1wibSus. If you have not enrolled, you can begin the process via this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt. Please note that only the parent or guardian may alter any account information for the TD Go Card and all changes take place immediately.
