Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Shirley. We're sorry to hear you've lost your card and would like to help you in any way we can.
If you are referring to your TD Debit Card, we recommend contacting us immediately at 888-751-9000 and one of our dedicated Banking Specialists will cancel the card for you right away. At that time, he/she will also review the account activity to ensure there has not been any fraud to your account. You may then either to request a replacement card to be mailed; or you can visit any TD Bank Store to get the replacement card made on the spot for you. Take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
If you are unable to visit our location or contact us by telephone, you may also contact us by sending us a Secure Message through your Online Banking if you are currently enrolled for Online Banking. To send a secure online message, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. Please note; if you choose to request a new debit card via telephone or online secure message, you will need to allow 7-10 business days for the card to be mailed to your address on file.
Just in case that you are referring to your TD Visa Credit Card, please contact us immediately at 888-561-8861 and a TD Visa Credit Card Specialist will cancel it for you right away. They will also make the arrangement to have a new card mailed to you at your address on file.
For TD Go Card assistance, you may contact TD Go Card Customer Service 24/7 at 855-219-8050 and for TD Visa Gift Card; our Visa Gift Card Specialists can be reached at (888) 294-2249.
