Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Cheryl. We'd be happy to provide some options for you.
We would like to share one of our newest and exciting features on www.tdbank.com: Person-to-Person Payments.
This feature is also available to you by logging into your Online Banking and you are able to do so here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment.
You will have two delivery options when sending a Person-to-Person payment; there is the three business day option and the next business day delivery. Please note, the next day delivery option is not available for savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Just in case if you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
You also have the option to send a wire transfer. You can send wires to any bank within the country and across the globe. If you are making a transfer within the US, you will need to gather the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
Keep in mind also that some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Take a look at the fee schedule http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fees that may apply for wire transfers. Please note that wire transfers can only be scheduled at a TD Bank location during lobby hours. For lobby hour information and locations near you please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Cheryl and have a good day.
