my online account is locked, and I'm in Italy so I can not call the costumer service, how else can I do?

As you mentioned that your online profile has been locked, in order for us to unlock it, we would have to speak with you directly to verify your account. Since you are out of the country, we have telephone numbers set up so that you may contact us while abroad. Please dial 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
