I also live somewhere that I cannot just stop at a TD bank location because there are none down here.

Thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps in the United States, Erin.
Typically, replacement debit cards are automatically mailed to your address that is on file about 30 to 45 days prior to the expiration date of your current card. The Visa debit card is valid until the last day of the expiring month. The new debit card will have the same number as your current card. The only differences will be the expiration date and CVV code on the back. Please note when the card is mailed to you it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes, so please keep an eye out.
If your address on file isn't up to date, you may send us a secure message via Online Banking to request a new debit card to be mailed to the alternative address. To do so, you may log in to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via secure message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you include the following information:
- Account number
- Your name
- Address to where the card should be mailed
- Do you want your card to be sent Fed Ex
- Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request.
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking and would like to, you may do so by completing the enrollment form found here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. If you experience any difficulties enrolling online or have any other questions, please feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Additionally, if you need to update your address for your deposit account you may do so by calling us 24/7 at the number provided above.
You can also submit an address change through TD Online Banking. After logging into your account, you may send a message requesting to update your address.
Another option would be to mail in a request. Feel free to mail to:
TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
Please make sure to include your signature.
We hope this helps, Erin and please let us know if you have any other questions.
