Welcome to TD Helps, Cally. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction for a new debit card.
You can get your new debit card instantly by walking into any TD Bank Store and walking out with a new debit card ready to use. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also order a new Debit Card by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Customer Service Representative will place an order for a new card that will be sent to the mailing address on your account. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
You also have the option of ordering a Debit Card by sending us a secure message through Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, you can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
To obtain a new card that is linked to a business account, you can send us a secure message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
We hope that this helps out, Cally. Have a great night!
