As this is pertaining to your specific account and debit card, we advise you to give our Banking Specialists a call directly. Upon proper verification, they will be happy to determine why your debit card is not working. In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
