Welcome to TD Helps, Renee. We'd be glad to help.
As this is pertaining to your husband's account specifically, we recommend that he reaches out to us directly for assistance. He is able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to review his account.
If he prefers to speak with a Representative in person, he is able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
He is also able to send us a secure message if he is enrolled in Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that we would like to assist you both directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to accounts/personal information.
We hope to hear from your husband soon, Renee. Have a good day.
