We understand how important it is to keep track of your bank account while abroad.
As you mentioned your internet access is blocked, and you are unable to reset your password, we recommend contacting us directly. You may contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above.
Since TD Helps is considered an unsecured site, we're unable to review any account or personal information directly.
If you are able to gain internet access and are unable to connect via phone, you always have the option of send a secured message from your online banking profile. First you would need to reset your password. If you haven't already, you may try using our self-service tool here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to reset your password. You'll have to click on 'Forgot your password?' under the 'Password' box. From this point, you will be prompted to select your account type, Personal or Business, enter your User Name, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
Once your password is reset, and you are logged in you may send a secured message to obtain your account balance. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
When you have access to your account you will be able to view your account number through the full website, you are also able to do this on your mobile device.
Another option available to locate your account number is via your checks or account statements. If you have a Checking account with TD Bank and have a supply of checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Also, if you receive paper statements for your account and have any of these handy, your account number is located in the top right corner of your paper statement.
We hope you enjoy your stay in Argentina!
