In order to open a business account, which kind of documents regarding the corporation and regarding every single partner do you need? Is it necessary also the SSN for every partner? We are non-resident aliens and non-resident citizens. Many thanks in advance!

Thanks for your interest in growing your business with TD, Mario! We appreciate you choosing us and we'll be glad to tell you more.
First, we would like to invite you to begin by speaking with one of our Business Banking Specialists, who are available via telephone at 855-278-8988 and would be a happy to help. You may also request a call - please click here: http://bit.ly/K9iZ78 to fill in our form and we'll call you within 24 business hours to review your specific requirements and assist you in setting up an appointment at a TD Bank Store. Kindly note that business accounts can only be established in person at one of our locations.
Typically, business accounts require a legal name, U.S. physical address and a Tax ID number, as well as the Business Formation Documents, Certificate of Good Standing, or the State Website Report. All signers will need to provide their name, Social Security number and date of birth, and be present for account opening. For non-resident aliens opening a business account, each signer will need two valid forms of ID including a Non-US Passport, and a W-8BEN must be completed during the account opening process. Other documents will be needed as well depending on your State and type of business, and we would recommend speaking with a Store Representative regarding your needs in particular prior to visiting a Store to ensure that you'll have everything required.
We also suggest reviewing the types of business accounts that TD bank has to offer. If you take a look here: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe, the link shows the types of business checking accounts that we currently have. Our web page can even make a selection based on your needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. Once you've been set up with an appointment and are certain which documents you'll need, find your Store location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We certainly hope this helps, Mario! Thanks again for considering TD and we hope to speak with you again soon.
