Good of you to stop by TD Helps, Sara! We'll be sure to provide some information regarding when you should receive a new debit card.
Typically, a new debit card is sent to your home address six weeks prior to your current debit card's expiration. Our replacement debit cards are mailed in a plain white envelop as well.
If you don't receive your new debit card by the end of next month, feel free to stop by any TD Bank during lobby hours to receive a new debit card right on the spot! Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Another option you have is to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secured message through online banking.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secured message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please note that if you choose to call us or send us a secured message, it can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery; depending on your postal service.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions, Sara and have a great evening! Take care and have a great upcoming week.
