What should I do in order to have a new visa card for me to use to withdraw cash for my living? Thank you in advance

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Violeta. We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card and we'll be sure to share some information with you this evening.
Please give our 24/7 Banking Specialists a call at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518 as soon as you can. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to close your debit card, file a dispute if necessary and provide you options as to how you can obtain a new debit card. If you're referring to your TD Bank Visa credit card, please give us a call at one of the numbers mentioned above and our Specialists can connect your call to our credit card department.
If your account is enrolled in online banking, you can send us a secure message requesting a new debit card to be sent to your current address. If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secure message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please include the following information:
- Account number
- Your name
- Address to where the card should be mailed
- Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
- Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your message with this information, we will be able to process your request. Please note; your existing debit card will be closed once the new card is issued.
