If you're the only signer on the business account and the account has been opened longer than 30 days, you can request your address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000. You may also send a request using Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq or here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 if you're using BusinessDirect Online Banking. Clicking onto either of these links will bring you to our TD Bank login page. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address." Please note: this option is only for Customers who have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days.
For business accounts with multiple signers or new business accounts that have been opened less than 30 days, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store or via mail. Please include the following information:
Your account number
A specific request to update your mailing address and telephone numbers
Full signatures of all authorized signers on the account for verification purposes (If there are multiple signers on the account)
A daytime and evening phone number where you may be reached if necessary
Once we receive the request, it will be completed within 2-3 business days.
