Generally speaking, overdraft fees are assessed on the business day following the overdraft. If your account had transactions which posted to an overdrawn balance on a business day, after processing, any applicable fees for this would usually be assessed on the following business day in the event of a Federal holiday. Additionally, please keep in mind that TD Bank will assess an Overdraft fee for each posted transaction which overdraws the account up to 5 items per day.

In addition, you may also send us a secure message if you are enrolled for Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
