Hi Ran, and welcome to the TD Helps Community!
Typically, a check card is referring to your TD Visa Debit Card or ATM card number. A TD Bank Visa Debit Card is a card that is accepted for purchases anywhere in the world that Visa is accepted. With a TD Bank Visa Debit Card you also have the option of getting cash back whenever you make a purchase with your Debit Card. You can also use your Debit Card at any ATM that accepts Visa and NYCE. When you make a purchase or withdraw using your Debit Card, the fund would be deducted from your available balance in your account.
If you requested a TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit card during your account opening, one should have been provided to you at that time. If you're in need of one, you may submit a request. As we noticed that you are writing us from Petah Tikva we want you to know there are a couple of ways to request this from your location.
It sounds like you're set up for Online Banking; therefore, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com to request a TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit card. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you're not currently enrolled in Online Banking and would like assistance signing up or if you'd like to request your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit card over the phone you can give us a call. To connect with us abroad, you may dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Hope you have a great day, Ran!
