Happy Sunday to you, Luana! We'll be sure to provide the ways that you can update your address. We'd like to let you know that If you are enrolled in online banking and your account has been open for more than 30 days, you may request to update your address via online by following these steps below: After you log onto your Online Banking, please select the "Customer Service" tab -Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link -Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary -After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send" You may also contact us 24/7 via phone at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative and update your address. If your account is less than 30 days old, you visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you. Upon proper account verification, we will be glad to update the address for you. For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, send us a secured message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above. For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store. To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling 888-561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. An address change will take effect immediately on your credit card. The change of address for a Personal loan can be completed by calling 800-937-5020, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking, which will send a secured email to change your address. Unsecured Lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling 800-328-2119. The easiest way to update your address for a TD Go Card is calling TD Go Card's Customer Service Line. They are available 24/7 at 855-219-8050 and they would be happy to help! If you've enrolled your TD Go Card in Online Banking, you can also change the address after you log in. You can reach the log in page by following this link: http://bit.ly/1wibSus. If you have not enrolled, you can begin the process via this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt . Please note that only the parent or guardian may alter any account information for the TD Go Card and all changes take place immediately. Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to: TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215 Please make sure to include your signature and please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
