I have an existing HELOC through TD for a home renovation project, but just recently maxed it out ($135,000). Can I request an increase for an additional $5,000 so I can pay off my contractor?

Please know that in order to increase the amount of funds available in a loan or line of credit at this time, you'd need to submit a new application for the higher amount.

Keep in mind that regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
