We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your 2014 statements, Shawn. We'd be happy to help.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to get them via your Online Banking account. You'll have the ability to view and print statements going back to April, 2010. If your account was opened after that time, you'll be able to view all of the statements for your account.
As it sounds like you're currently using TD Online Banking for your account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the "Accounts" tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the "Statements" tab
-Select the year you would like to view from the drop-down box
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click "View Statement"
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you're still having trouble viewing your previous statements, we recommend ensuring that your PDF reader is up to date. If you continue to experience difficulty, we ask that you contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. After account verification, they will be happy to help troubleshoot your difficulty.
Alternatively, you are able to request statement copies for your account by calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000, visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or via secure message through Online Banking.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that by requesting statement copies via phone or via secure message may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address. There may also be fees assessed for receiving statement copies. For additional details please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Shawn and have a good day.
