I'm currently in Mexico and I can't get money out of the atm. I have transferred money to my checking but that doesn't work.

Thanks for writing in today, Carlo. We're happy to provide you with information on using your debit card in Mexico.
While traveling, you can use your debit card at millions of locations that accept Visa across the globe and you'll be able to make ATM withdrawals from any machine that displays the Visa or PLUS logo. For any fees that may apply please view: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
To avoid any additional interruptions to your TD debit card, we request that you place a travel notification on your account. You can do so by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline phone with operator assistance at 1-215-569-0518.
Another option to place a travel note is to send us a Secured Message via your Online Banking account. To send a secured message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message, please include the dates and destination(s) you will be traveling. If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set.
