If you have your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card handy, you can use our self-service feature here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will also need your account number, Social Security number and email address. If you do not have your Debit Card handy, that is okay!
If you call us at 888-751-9000, after account verification, we'd be more than happy to help get you set up! You may also visit your local TD Store for additional assistance here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you happen to have a business account with TD Bank and you are looking to enroll for TD BusinessDirect and have a TD Debit Card, please visit: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You will also need your Tax ID number, account number and email address available. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password. We would also recommend checking your Spam folder as it is possible that the email may be routed there.
If you do not receive the email in any of your folders after 2 business days, we ask that you contact our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2. Our Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they would be happy to help!
If you do not have a TD Debit Card handy for your Business account or if you prefer to sit with a Specialist please visit your local TD Store during lobby hours for assistance.
