Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Elizabeth. We'd be happy to help you enroll in paperless statements.
If you're using TD BusinessDirect, you would first need to sign in here: https://go.td.com/1rvBmq8. After you sign in, there is an option on the main page on the left hand side of the screen under the heading Help & Related Tasks to sign up for paperless statements. Simply select Online Statements – Go Paperless! You can also make this selection by selecting Statements followed by Change statement settings.
Regardless of the method you choose, you will be asked to confirm your selection on a separate page.

For Online Banking, first sign in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Next, please select the Customer Service tab followed by Online Statement Settings. You will then be asked to review the email address on file as well as our Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement/hardware and software requirements. You will be asked to Save Changes once complete.
