Thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps, Martin. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your card abroad.
So we may better assist you, we ask that you give us a call. You may call us from outside the US by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone. After account verification, a Customer Service Representative will be able to review the account to see why your card isn't working.
If you're unable to reach us by phone you may also send us a secure message on www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. Once you're logged in, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, and then select "Send a Message." If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking you can do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. As soon as the application has been completed, you'll immediately be able to access your account to send the message.
Hope this information helps. Enjoy your time in Ireland and England.
