Hi Terry, it's a pleasure to assist you today. Welcome to the TD Helps, Community.
If you have a supply of checks, your account number would be located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Please see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for an example. Also, if you receive paper statements for your account and have any of these handy, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
You are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours to retrieve your account number. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Kindly note that we are unable to provide any account numbers by phone or via email message, for the security and protection of your account.
Once you are able to retrieve your account number, signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit card with us, your account number and a U.S. Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit card with us or a Social Security number, no worries - please just contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank Store. Please find a list of our Stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
Additionally, we're also able to assist if you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect. If you have your business TD Bank ATM/Debit card, please follow the enrollment link above, choose Business from the drop down box and click on Continue. Please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password. For any assistance you may need with enrollment, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store. Once enrolled, you can call a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562 using Option 2 for support.
