Here at TD Bank, our Banking Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. As you're calling from Jamaica, you may also call collect, with operator assistance, from any landline phone by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
Additionally, just in case you may not be able to call, you would also have the option of sending us a secure message right from your Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
