It sounds like you may be trying to use your gift card for an online purchase or a telephone purchase. If that's the case, kindly keep in mind that your card must be registered in order for it to be used for those platforms. To register your card in just a few minutes, please use this link: http://bit.ly/1pohT5P. Please note; to register your gift card for the first time, you will need the full 16 digit card number and the three digit security code on the signature panel of the back of your card.
If you have any issues with online registration, or you would prefer to speak with a Gift Card Specialist by phone, you may register your gift card by dialing 888 294-2249 to speak with us 24/7. In case you already registered your card, they'll also be able to advise you about your gift card account and let you know why it may not be working as you expected.
