Welcome to TD Helps, Jonathan. We're sorry you've lost your debit card and are happy to guide you in the right direction today.
If you lost your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000, please select "0" at any point to connect with our live Specialist. Our Specialists are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. If you have TD Bank Online Banking you can send us a secure message to request a new ATM card. To send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
