Welcome to TD Helps, Kaitli and thank you for opening an account with us. We'd be happy to review things with you.
First, you are able to request a Debit Card by calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or returning to your TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Similarly, once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send us a secure message to request a Debit Card. Once you are able to log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Secondly, once enrolled in Online Banking you will be able to use the Mobile Banking App. Based on your question, it sounds as though a Representative enrolled you in Online Banking and you need to finish the enrollment process by signing in to the full site. You are able to log on here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you sign in using your user name and password, Online Banking will ask you to accept our user agreement, update your password and create security questions. After this process is completed, you'll be able to sign in from the main page and your Mobile Banking App!
