Hi Ojaswini. Thanks for reaching out to us!
We can temporarily increase your ATM withdrawal limit for one day by simply giving us a call or sending us a secure message through you online banking.
The fastest way to get this completed may be to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We can get the limit raised in just a matter of minutes as long as your balance allows for it. As we mentioned, you can also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
You can also make this change in person at any local TD Bank Store. In fact, our Stores may be able to make the increase permanent if you'd prefer. Permanent increases can only be authorized in person. To find a TD Bank Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this helps, Ojaswini. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call or stop in to see us.
As we see that you're writing in to us from Waterloo, we want to provide you with contact info for TD Canada Trust in case it is your Access Card limit that you'd like to increase.
We recommend posing your question to our friends at TD Canada Trust by calling their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
We're certain they'll be able to give you all the necessary instructions to increase your withdrawal limit.
We hope you have a wonderful day, Ojaswini!
