Welcome to TD Helps, Curtis. If you have a TD Bank deposit account, such as Checking, Savings or Money Market account, you may be able to deposit a check that is issued to a third party into your TD Bank account. When doing so, please ensure the check is properly endorsed by both you and your mom. An Endorsement Authorization & Release Form must be completed at the time of the deposit. Your mom can visit any TD Store during lobby hours to receive the form and complete the transaction. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note, the back of the check(s) must be endorsed by the person who the check is made out to and the person that is depositing the check before it is presented. Please note; government or insurance checks can only be presented for payment from the person listed on the "Payable to" line of the check. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us 24/7, at 888-751-9000. Thanks for stopping by, Curtis and have a nice day.
