Welcome to TD Helps, Stuart. We'd be glad to point your friend in the right direction.
To best assist your friend in replacing their debit card, we recommend that they send a secure message using Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Once their message is received, our Specialists would be glad to provide instructions in regard to receiving a debit card at an alternate address.
If your friend needs immediate assistance, they are able to call us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
If this is in regard to a TD Canada Trust debit card, we recommend speaking with a Specialist there. To take a look at their contact options please visit here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to hear from you friend soon, Stuart. Have a good day.
