We are happy to see you here at TD Helps, Lawrence and would be glad to help!
You have a few options to transfer money between TD Bank accounts and we'll be happy to go over those options with you.
If you are looking to transfer funds from your TD personal Checking account to your son's TD Bank Checking account, you may use the Person-to-Person feature. To use this transfer feature, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, follow http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 800-751-9000. After account verification, our dedicated Specialists would be happy to assist. Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, you will then select the “Person-to-Person” Tab to enroll in this feature. For the Terms and Conditions, in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
New users and new accounts will only have 3-day delivery speed option until the 90 day eligibility requirements have been met for the 1-day delivery option. The cost for 3-day delivery is $1.00.
If Person-to-Person transfers are not an option for you or you have a TD Business checking account, you can make a deposit to another TD Bank account. There are several ways for you to make deposits into a TD Bank account. One way you could make a deposit would be by visiting a TD Bank location with cash and your son's account number. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find the TD Bank location closest to you. Another way to make a deposit would be to make a check payable to your son and write “for deposit only” with his account number on the back of the check. Regardless of the option you choose, the deposit can be processed with a Teller in the Lobby or Drive-thru at any TD Bank location. When making the deposit directly into the other account, there is no charge to you.
We hope this helps and please do not hesitate to let us know should you have any other questions.
