Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps with your question, Barbara.
If you're using your personal Online Banking login, you may use our Person to Person transfer option. To use the Person-to-Person transfer feature, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yourself, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call our 24/7 Online Specialist at 1-800-493-7562 to enroll. Once you’ve enrolled for Online Banking, select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. Feel free to take a look here under funds transfers: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for a listing of any related fees.
If you have any trouble processing a Person to Person transfer, you may give our Tech Support a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop by a nearby TD Bank. For a listing of TD Bank Stores, please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a business account, you may set us a TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking in which you'd be able to send ACH payments. To use this feature, you must first be logged in to TD Bank BusinessDirect. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. If you are not currently signed up for Bill Pay, selecting the tab will require you to accept the Bill Pay agreement. When you accept, you will be able to schedule One-Time Payments, Manage Payees and more! To create a payee, you would select the link, "Add new payee." After you select the link, you have the option of searching for a payee by name or entering all the information manually. If you enter the payee's information manually, you will need to include the following: Payee Name, Nickname, Account number, Address (including city, state and zip code), phone number and the account you'd like the payment to be debited from. Once completed, you'll be able to schedule payments to the payee you've created.
The next option that you have to send payments via TD Bank BusinessDirect is ACH payments. This service is designed to pay your corporate suppliers or your employees. To use this feature, you must first be enrolled in the ACH service. To do so, please select the ACH tab and then select "Enroll Today." TD Bank BusinessDirect will then require you to answer three questions in regard to ACH payments. Once completed and after you select "Next," a message will appear; letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days. Please note, that if you do not receive a call or if you miss the call from our Representatives, you will have to go into a TD Bank Store near you to complete the enrollment request. For hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of these features, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 option 2. Our Small Business Banking Specialists would be happy to help you with your TD Bank BusinessDirect account.
Please note that there may be fees associated with some of these services and they may vary based on the type of account you have. For more information please call us directly 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above for assistance or as always, you may visit a TD Bank Store near you.
Lastly, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1bEQmZW for all the exciting features we currently offer via our BusinessDirect online banking service.
Hope this helps and have a nice day.
