Good afternoon and welcome to TD Helps, Jazmin.
Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Generally speaking, we do not offer Student Savings account. If you currently have a TD Student Checking account, you may link your TD Simple Savings account to your TD Student Checking account to avoid the monthly maintenance fee. Please know that students benefits expire after 5 years or the Primary Account Owner’s 24th birthday, whichever is sooner. At this time, the Student Checking account type will be migrated to a Convenience Checking account. Please also know that one Simple Savings monthly maintenance fee waiver placed upon Customer request and expires with other Student Checking benefits.
If you wish to discuss your account type to make sure that you have the right product type, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be happy to assist you further.
You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location for assistance. To find out the nearest TD Store near you and their lobby hours, please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message from here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
If you have additional questions for us, please do not hesitate to ask. Have a nice weekend, Jazmin!
