Hey Angel, you came to the right place for help!
There are several ways available for you to change/reset the password for your TD Bank Mobile App. Please note, to do so, you must use a PC or the web browser via your mobile device.
If you are able to log onto your Online Banking and need to update your password, simply select the "Customer Service" tab then click on the "Change Password" hyperlink located beneath "Self Service." Please click here to log into your Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you remember your Online Banking user name but do not remember your password, that is okay! You will have the option to reset your password using our self-service feature via your online banking by visiting the link above. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
-Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
-Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
