Thanks for getting in touch with us, Vincent.
To determine any information you may need for your business accounts from 2014, you're welcome to review your account information online via your statements. At this time, TD Bank does not provide a year-end summary or year-end statement of account and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, after logging in your account, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen -Click “Statements” -Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” -You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you're currently using our Retail online banking, after logging in your account, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the “Statements” tab.
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to do so, you may begin by using our self-service option for Retail accounts at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Using this option, please select "Business" before proceeding, and you will be immediately enrolled at the completion of your application. If you prefer to use our free BusinessDirect online platform, you may start here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. In both cases, you'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Taxpayer Identification number and your email address. Please note that should you sign up for BusinessDirect, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password for login purposes.
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can mail the statements to your address on file. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In most cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
If we have misunderstood your question, please accept our apologies and write back with a bit more information – we'll be happy to help! Alternatively, please feel free to give us a ring at 888-751-9000, 24/7 if you have any other questions.
We hope this helps, Vincent and let us know about any questions! Have a great evening.
