Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Kym.
Upon logging only one signer name will appear because every signer should have their own personal Log-on ID and Password. This allows joint account holders to view both their own individual accounts and those shared by other signers. The Username and Password settings are specific to each person rather than by account.
If your husband wishes to enroll for Online Banking for your joint accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, he will need his account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, his Social Security Number and his email address. Once the enrollment process is complete, he will have immediate access to his account.
If your husband does not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or needs assistance enrolling, he may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper verification, we would be happy to help assist. You may also visit any local TD Store during lobby hours for additional assistance. To locate a nearby Store, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
