Hey Rosemel, thanks for coming to TD Helps. We understand the importance of your account security and would be happy to help provide the steps on how to add more security questions for your TD Online Banking.
To update your security questions, please log into your Online Banking via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are logged on, please select the "Customer Service" tab, and then click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" hyperlink. After you click on the link, you will then be taken to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page. There is a maximum of 5 (five) security questions you can choose from.
We'd like to share some tips when answering your security questions, please see below for more help:
-Use a simple format that's easy to recall and repeat. If you are asked for it when you login, your answer will need to exactly match the answer you provide here.
-Answers must be between 1 and 32 characters in length.
-Pick unique answers - do not enter the same answer for more than one question.
-Use letters and numbers or a combination of both.
-You can use the following special characters: ! @ # $ % & * - + = [ ] : ; ' , . ?.
-When creating answers for questions with names, places, dates or numbers, spell out all words instead of using abbreviations. For example, use "Street" instead of "St." or "Avenue" instead of "Ave."
If you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, or visit us during lobby hours at your local TD Store. To locate the closest TD Store, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps. Have a great one and let us know if you have any other questions.
