Welcome to TD Helps, Vai. Thanks for considering TD Bank! We’d be happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, we remain committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with all of our products and services. We are happy to inform you that we do offer services to Nonprofit Organizations. We invite you to check out the types of Business accounts TD Bank has to offer here: http://bit.ly/1pVZ9Np and for details on our Commercial Checking accounts, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1ojpl3j. Also, as a feature on our webpage, TD Bank can also help by recommending an account for your needs with the Business Checking Selector Tool, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. To compare each account, feel free to select the "Compare Accounts" tab for details. You may also select the "View Account Guide" for each specific account for additional information. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 855-278-8988.
To answer any questions you may have or to make an appointment at one of our Stores near you, please call 855-278-8988 to speak with a TD Bank Business Specialist. And to request a call back for an appointment, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1qXQhdr. We ask that you do not include any confidential information such as Social Security numbers, Tax Identification numbers, or account numbers via email. Once you have your appointment or are ready to stop in to one of our Stores during lobby hours, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores and a Customer Service Representative would be happy to help with the account opening process.
If your Business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. Those who are going to be signers on the account need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
Also if your Non-Profit Organization us also Incorporated, please include the additional following information: State Website Report, Filed or Certified Business Formation Documents, or Certificate of Good Standing/Existence. Additionally, you will need to bring the Corporate Resolution documents. If your Non-Profit Organization is not incorporated, no additional documentation is required for this account type.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
