Welcome to TD Helps, Amit, and thanks for your interest in an account with us!
First, we recommend taking a look at the accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw.
If you're having trouble choosing an account, you are able to use our Account Selector found here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E.
Once you've decided on an account, you're able to call us 24/7 from outside of the US at 856-751-9000 (215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone) to open an account.
In addition to calling, you're able to open an account online if your address is within our TD footprint from Maine to Florida.
If you're planning a trip to the US, you can always visit a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores you'd like to visit, check out our Store Locator here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this helps, Amit! Thanks for choosing TD!
