Hi I am come from Taiwan. My account was lock because of I forget my security answer . it means I can't not use my online bank only. I still can use my card right?

We're sorry to hear you're locked out of your Online Banking. For the security of your account, we would have to speak with you directly to be able to unlock the account. When you are able to access a telephone you may contact us from abroad by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. After account verification, we'll have your online profile unlocked in no time!
If your account is still active, you should be able to use your debit card.
