Hi, I am currently traveling and lost my debit and credit card. I can't seem to reach or call td through the app as I was told. Is there a way for the two cards to be sent to me overseas? I am currently in Belgium. Thank you

In reply to Kathy, Montreal
We're sorry to hear that you've lost your cards while away, Kathy! We'd be glad to help!
If you're unable to reach us by telephone while overseas, you can request a debit card by sending a secure message.
You can send a secure message using Online Banking by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. After you sign in, you can send a secure message by selecting 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
You can also send a message using the Mobile Banking app. Select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
Once we receive your secure message, our Specialists will reply with the instructions to have a debit card sent to an address that may not be associated with your account.
If you have any questions about your debit card after it is requested, you are able to send a secure message or contact us by dialing 856-751-9000 (215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone). Be sure to use country code 011.
For your credit card concerns, we recommend connecting with a Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 706-644-3266.
Please know that if this is in regard to your TD Canada Trust account, we recommend reaching a Specialist there directly for help. You can review their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to hear from you soon, Kathy. Enjoy your day!
