Since you mentioned that you may have forgotten either your user name or your password, you have a couple of options.
If you think you might know your user name, you can reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, and when you successfully answer the questions given, you can then reset your password and proceed with your log in.
If you don't recall your user name, have no worries - please just contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They will be able to assist you in resetting your account access.
