Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Estefany. With all of the usernames and passwords that we have to remember in this digital world, it’s sometimes easy to forget. Not to worry, we have a couple of options for you.
If you remember your user name for your TD Online account and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password using the self-service feature. Please start here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Then, please click the "Forgot your password?" link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, it will ask to you answer two of your security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you happen to be locked out of your TD Online Banking profile, or have forgotten your username to log in, we can help with retrieving this information with you. To retrieve this information we would have to speak with you for account verification purposes. You have the option of calling us collect from a landline telephone at (215)-569-0518. Additionally, we also have the contact number 1-856-751-9000 in which we can also offer assistance. Both numbers are conveniently available to you 24/7.
We are always here to help, Estefany. Feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions.
