We understand your concern, Bhanuben. We'd be glad to clarify.
Please know that statements are released at the close of your statement cycle. For checking accounts, statements are released every 30 days and savings accounts are released quarterly.
Based on your question it sounds as though you've signed up to receive paperless statements. Keep in mind that TD Bank will never send account information via email as it is not considered a secure platform to do so. We will however, send you an email notification that your account's statement is available to view. After you receive this notification, feel free to log in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq to review this information. Once logged in, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
